Founded in 1979 by David Beam, with the philosophy of providing the best possible service and quality for the most competitive price, J.D. Beam is a Raleigh based general contractor.  J. D. Beam builds primarily commercial projects predominately located in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. Providing construction services during all phases of a project enables J. D. Beam to create value for its client’s fast track projects while insuring adherence to the original budget and schedule commitments.  J. D. Beam holds unlimited general contractor’s licenses in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
